We wanted to take a moment to update you about the steps we’re taking during the current period, during which many of you are relying on cooking at home a lot more.
We would like to stress that the safety of our staff is paramount and many of our team are working from home. For those who have a more hands on role, we have implemented changes in accordance with government guidelines and other precautionary measures to make sure they are able to work safely.
We are aware that customers are experiencing longer delivery times at present. Due to the social distancing measures put in place within our warehouse, processing online orders is taking slightly longer than usual. So we have had to make the decision to move our standard delivery from 2 days to 3 days. We hope you can understand the decision we have made in order to ensure the safety of our warehouse staff.
We are in constant contact with our delivery providers and if anything looks like it will change further will ensure to update you on this as soon as we can.
We hope you’re keeping well and safe and finding a way to relax through your cooking and baking, we’ve definitely noticed an increase in the amount of breadmaking activity!
